The design of the hot water mixing tank often adopts modern design methods such as finite element analysis (FEA) to accurately calculate the stress distribution of the water tank when it is subjected to internal pressure, temperature changes and external impact, thereby optimizing the structural layout, reducing unnecessary material use, and ensuring the strength of key areas. High-quality stainless steel such as 304 or 316L is selected. These materials are not only highly corrosion-resistant and can maintain structural integrity in high temperature, high humidity and chemical detergent environments, but also have good mechanical strength and toughness to resist external impact. The surface of stainless steel is specially treated (such as polishing and passivation) to further improve its corrosion resistance and cleaning convenience.
For non-metallic parts, such as seals, thermal insulation layers, etc., high-temperature and chemical-resistant polymer materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyimide (PI) are used. These materials can still maintain good physical properties and chemical stability at high temperatures. The inner wall of the water tank and the easily worn parts can be coated with anti-wear and self-lubricating coatings, such as ceramic coatings and silicon carbide coatings. These coatings have extremely low friction coefficients, which can effectively reduce the wear caused by water flow scouring, while keeping the surface smooth and easy to clean and maintain.
On the basis of design and material selection, continuous quality control and product testing are also the key to ensure the long life of the hot water mixing tank. Including regular fatigue testing, corrosion resistance testing, temperature cycle testing, etc., to ensure the reliability and durability of the product in actual use. Manufacturers will also continuously optimize the design and introduce new materials and new processes based on market feedback and technological progress to adapt to a wider range of application scenarios and more stringent user needs.
